Hi there, I believe I answered you as follows on another board:

Hi,

Thanks for posting. So you have a lot of info to share in your background/profile... let's see if we can break it down to strengths/weaknesses roughly.

Strengths:

-Sounds like very strong professional work experience; management experience; and leadership.
-Plenty of experience managing people & projects, and recognition on the job.
-strong volunteer and extracurricular experiences

Weaknesses or questions:

-sounds like your undergrad GPA/performance was quite low, no?
-your 680 GMAT is on the low end for most of the schools you've mentioned
-without seeing your entire CV/resume, your summary sounds interesting but could almost be so varied that your focus is unclear-- when you mention marketing, finance, biz dev, sales? if you can describe/explain this to schools in an orderly way that shows how things built on one another and your career developed that may be fine though.
-if you have any international experience that would be a plus?

Unknowns:
-essays/recs/interviews!

Have you considered giving the GMAT one more shot? Might improve your chances at some of the schools you've mentioned that are more selective and/or have higher GMAT scores (such as INSEAD; Tuck; HEC; Oxford/Cambridge etc). The others on your list, with strong apps and essays, you seem competitive for, though the stated "GPA" worries me slightly, but schools will consider it within context.... how do you feel you performed relative to others in undergrad, is the GPA as low as it 'sounds' ?

Good luck on the process!
