Hello there!!!

So sorry for the delayed answer here dude. I was on the road for a while and juuuust got back.

But lemme answer your post:

So your best strengths are that you have a good amount of experience as a FEMALE IT person with an AWESOME GPA from a very excellent school! That's the good stuff. The GMAT on the other hand is a little bit "so-so", and I don't know what your current status is, buuuuut usually when the GMAT is the biggest weakness, my advice to folks is to retake. If you really want to know whether you should or not, you may want to have a look at this post I wrote about retaking the GMAT and whether it is worth it: https://admissionado.com/mba/resources/t ... -the-gmat/

Other than that, although it is VERY helpful that you are applying as a female candidate, you are STILL applying as an Indian IT person and that is not gonna make things easy. Here are two more posts for you I wrote, one about Top 10 schools and another about stepping it up:

https://admissionado.com/mba/resources/t ... b-schools/
https://admissionado.com/mba/resources/f ... p-it-up-2/

For your school list, it's a bit tough to say because I am missing a lot of detail about your work and the school list is HUUUUGE! The hardest schools on your list are Tepper, Darden, Johnson, Oxford. And if you want to apply to those schools I'd suggest at least cutting some from your list, or retaking the GMAT.

Otherwise, some of the other schools on your list (like Owen, Fisher, SP Jain, etc.) are quite reasonable, and you should have a good shot at getting in.

Hope this helps!!!!
