I am an Indian national. Currently I am working in IT company.

GRADUATION(Electronics & Telecommunications) - 61%(1st Class)
12th- 85.5
Work experience- 2.9 yrs (TCS)
Designation: Systems Engineer

Hi there--
As I just posted to another poster-- My expertise is definitely MBA and to a lesser degree MiM (as opposed to MIS); but generally I'd say work experience; extracurricular activities and strong academics will all help. As for GMAT you'd want to compare with the average scores at programs you are considering. Good luck on the process!
