IMO : B

if parallelism is the test then ousting does not go in line with privatization nor de escalation.. And if ousting is to considered as a part of de escalation of (race conflicts and ousting corruption) it doea not seem to make sense..

So privatization of and de escalation of seem to go with ouster of

Because parallelism is between privatisation, expansion and de-escalation.

Presently the East African country is focussed on privatization of (state-owned enterprises), expansion of (democracy and political freedom), and de-escalation of (interethnic conflicts and ousting corruption).
