Hi,

A is wrong because comparing San Antonio with any city in US means we are comparing San Antonio with any city including San Antonio, which is wrong

Intended meaning :- San Antonio should be compared to any other city, not to San Antonio itself.

IMO B, what is the OA?

C is wrong because in C the comparison gets faulty !
C is comparing the singular entity "San Antonio, Texas, has" with plural entity "other cities do"----->GMAC never allows this error !
