This one is fairly straightforward.
B) incorrectly uses the present tense, since those born before 1905 are obviously no longer living. And even if they were, they'd all be past 75.
C) mixes tenses, and also incorrectly uses "have" for people who are no longer living.
D) also incorrectly uses the present.
E) mixes tenses and also incorrectly uses the present.
There may be other things wrong with those choices as well--I just looked at them pretty quickly. The remaining choice has no obvious mistakes.
