My reference forwarded a rec letter answering all questions in one go in one page. Which I think didnt get him to tap on every question clearly? is it preferable to answer every question specifically spanning them on two or three pages or is it ok to answer them all in one long answer.

if i want to change that letter and i can ask my manager to resend it. is it possilbe? the kellogg form has the exclude option on every recommender if i do that and put his information again so he can send a new one, is that possible or will that recommender not have another chance to resend my recommendation?

The first question is pretty obvious -- it should be readable and answer the question that's being asked. Multiple paragraphs is probably more reader friendly.

On the Kellogg question -- that sounds like a reason to pick up the phone and ask Kellogg itself.

Hope this helps.
