HR professional wit 4 yrs exp - 1 year mba good option? - The Beat The GMAT Forum

Hi,

I have 4 years of experience, in which 3 years is in HR (Employee relations, employee engagement, appraisal etc). However all my experience is from a small/medium sized company(500-1000 employee strength) and the learning, exposure ,growth (monetary, career)is very slow.

I aspire to get into a real managerial profile, which in the present rate will at least take me 5 yrs. Hence I am looking for a breakthrough platform and get into a reputed organization in a middle managerial level.

Would one year MBA in premier B schools of India help me in this via campus placements?
