MBA after M.Sc in 2015. - What to work on?

Hi.

I am a 24 year old student from Norway who is thinking about applying for an MBA in the U.S after my current degree is completed, in 2015.

I have a B.A in industrial design engineering and a B.Sc in mathematics. The B.A is from a university college and the B.Sc is from a university. The B.A has a GPA of about 4.0 (of 5.0), and the B.Sc has a GPA of about 3.0 (of 5.0).

I just started graduate school for engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, where I will graduate in 2015 with a M.Sc in engineering, specialising in entrepreneurship. I expect to get a GPA of about 4.5 (of 5.0). I also expect to be able to do very well on both the TOEFL and the GMAT. I have minimal work experience (2 years part time as a forklift operator), but will be doing a start-up early next year.

This summer I will be attending a summer program at Boston University School of Management, after which I will receive a "Graduate Certificate in Management and Entrepreneurship". I was also a foreign exchange student at Politecnico di Milano.

I am not a member of any organisations except for Mensa, and have never done any volunteering.

I am thinking about applying for an MBA next year, hoping to start studies in the fall semester of 2015. I think my main deficiencies are: lack of relevant work experience, lack of volunteering/organisational responsibilities and low undergraduate grades.

I would like to know which aspects of my background I should improve on before I apply. I am looking at the top schools.
