The Application Process

Apparently diversity is very important if you are an international student ( no Green Card) looking for a job in US after graduation.
Less than 1% of the US companies are willing to sponsor H1B visas and most of them are recruiting only at top MBA programs where international students account for more than 30%.

I am working with a consultant from mbaadmissionshelp.com. He is a former international student himself and he told me a very interesting thing. Getting admitted in an MBA program is not the most difficult step for an international student. Getting job with a company that will eventually sponsor your Green Card is far more difficult. So.. be careful where you apply

Why do you need a company to sponsor it? is it hard getting a visa or green card without local company sponsorship??
