Hey there dude,
So with your profile, I'd say that your school list is quite fair. They are all good schools that in most of them you should have a shot at getting into, with a mix of better schools and safer schools, and I like how realistic this is! Your low work experience will be an obstacle in any case, and basically there is only ONE way of "making up" for it, and that is by working another year or two ;) (okay, so you CAN'T make up for it). Fourteen months is VERY low, and I'm not sure you will see the results you like if you apply now (many B-schools might say "okay, this kid has a good profile, but let's see what he looks like in two years), so I don't know if that's a great idea. In general R1 and R2 are very similar with the slight advantage going to applying in R1.

Hope this helps!

Hi Jon

i got your point.
Actually i presently have 14 months of work experience and would be completing 2 years by May 2014 (before the start of the program). Would colleges not consider me as a guy with 2 years of work experience?

Sure, because they count from matriculation... but still.. the average is probably 4-5. And it's not just in the numbers where you would be at a disadvantage, but also in the stories and achievements. You CAN still apply (I mean there is no "official" minimum) But you will be at a distinct disadvantage.
