I have taken GMAT thrice over last one year. The last test had a score of 570. I missed on my target school because of my score. I want to pace up but have no motivation to take the exam. I am not addressing the situation and just getting stressed. When I look at the exam it is one of the most low focus and less hard work I have ever done till date.

I am not sure I understand what your actual question is. Ultimately, you have to decide what your goals are and if another retake of the GMAT makes sense. If it does, dive in.
