Hi!
Does anybody know if the IR section score is related to the Quant and Verbal score?
On my real GMAT test, I didn't finish the IR section on time. The time was over just when I was about to click on "next". This made me very nervous during quant and verbal sections and I scored deceiving 590 (I scored 680-700 on more than 10 mock tests).
I thought that there will a penalty on my IR score, but today I received the original report and it says 7/89% on the IR section (I have never practiced this section!).
Thanks in advance!

No, your IR score is entirely separate from your score out of 800. Nothing you do on the IR section will have any effect on either your score out of 800, or on the questions you see during the Quant or Verbal portions of your test.
