I am seeking my profile evaluation from some experts.
GMAT - 680 (50,31)
B.Tech - Mechanical from PEC, Chandigarh (70% ) - Considered as one of top institute in northern India.
XII - 67%
X - 88%
Work EX - 7 year (Manufacturing)
4 years - Hero Moto Corp as a project manager for a Green field plant, worth 300 CR initial investment. Learned a great deal of manufacturing process planning, Vendor management, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement.
3 Years - Stryker (Fortune 400 company into Medical domain) as Senior Operation Engineer
1 years international experience in USA, carrying out continuous projects on lean manufacturing and other manufacturing excellence strategies. Good exposure on change management, FDA regulations, and quality management system.
Number of prestigious certifications in Supply Chain and Lean Manufacturing such as APICS-CSCP
Reason for shift - To gain diversification and international exposure in manufacturing experience. Have performed decently through my seven years and initiated good number of projects, leading to bottom line savings. Number of award in the form of recognition.
Extra Curriculum
- Active involvement in spiritual NGO for last 16 years. Organized and participated in number of social activities such as teaching students on moral values, anti drug campaign etc
- Played at state level in Table tennis at under 16 category
- Number of participation in clubs and events at college and won some awards at national level fest.
Goals
Wanted to make a career into operations consulting with focus on implementing lean manufacturing techniques in entire value stream comprising product development, manufacturing and supply chain management. Looking to firms such as PWC, Accenture, Mckinsey

Please give me your candid feedback. Is my GMAT score is on lower side. Also looking to apply to Ross business school specifically One year-Master of Supply Chain program. Any suggestion about that and any other school which i can target.

I'd suggest you look at Carnegie Mellon (Tepper) and also ESADE if you're interested specifically in Operational Management. MIT is very strong in this field as well, but I fear it's a bit out of reach with your profile. I do encourage you to apply to Ross.
It would help to have a slightly higher GMAT (700+) if you can possibly retake it.
