IMO answer is A

as every factor of S is a factor of R R/S will be integer

stmt 2 :
Suppose S has a prime factor 2 with multiplicity 3 i.e max power in 2 is 3.
R also has 2 but with multiplicity 1 then R/S = x*1/2^2 always ...not Suff
