[x*(1/100) + y*(2/100) + z*(3/100)] = (x + y + z)*(1.5/100)
x + 2y + 3z = 1.5x + 1.5y + 1.5z
(1.5x - x) = (2y - 1.5y) + (3z - 1.5z)
0.5x = 0.5y + 1.5z
x = y + 3z

The correct answer is A.
