Hi All,
first and foremost I wanted to thank everyone here at BTG for all their insight and helpful advice.
I have finally worked up the nerve to ask for a profile evaluation. I'm ready to receive my diagnosis (for better or worse) and am looking forward to hearing your opinions.
Nationality: Indian

I am a bit skeptical writing my GMAT again. I wish to stay with this score as of now.
If, in any case, I don't get through with any of school. I'll be left with no other option writing GMAT again.
Please advice.

Hi Ayush,
Thanks for your post.
I think you are on the right track with the schools you have mentioned. If you are strongly focused on an MBA this year, I suggest applying to 4-5 schools in total in the groupings of:
-1-2 schools from the following which I would classify as 'reach' schools: Texas A&M, Michigan State,U of IL-Urbana Champaign, Purdue, Iowa, Penn State Smeal
-2 from 'target' schools: Wake Forest, other schools where average GMAT is approx. your score
-1-2 from 'safety' schools: Babson Olin, other schools where average GMAT is below yours
Your average years of work experience will be below the average for most of the schools, so be sure to solicit strong letters of recommendation and highlight your accomplishments on your resume.
Best,
Heidi
