Answer is A.

B - 'so that ' is unidiomatic
C - wordy and need 'that' at the end
D - 'has the abundance of capital been' , here 'has been' is being split by the word 'the abundance of capital' which is kind of awkward and unidiomatic.
E - need 'that' at the end.
