Hello,
A warm good afternoon to you, the purpose of this post is a query regarding an executive MBA, I have more than 10 years of experience in different industries starting with Plastic Industry, Production Industry, Automobile Industry and right now working in a TOP IT MNC company.
Regarding my education background I have completed my class 12th in Science Stream and then completed 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering also till my diploma I have always scored 7.25 CGPA in every examination and while working I completed my BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) and MCA (Master of Computer Application)from Distance Education with more than 6.25 CGPA in both BCA and MCA. Reason for doing my graduation and masters from distance Education is the untimely demise of my father.
I am supposed to appear for GMAT this December 2012. So, please let me know whether I am eligible for top notch B-Schools. As doing a MBA from a top notch B-School is dream for me.
Thanks & Regards,
Rahul

Hi Rahul,
Thanks for posting. It looks like you have a strong candidacy. For an EMBA program, admissions teams will be focusing more on your work experience than on your undergraduate record. Your GMAT will still be important, and I recommend you aim for a 700+.

Are there any particular programs you are considering?
