For Essay #1, while we talk about our major accomplishments, how direct should we be with the things we learned along the way? The question specifically asks for something we did well, so should we focus 100%, 80%, or 60% describing the situation, task, action, result (STAR), coupled with things we learned along the way? I'm having some trouble finding the "right" boundary before I veer off what they've asked.
I'm assuming Essay #2 is different -- a little heavier on the self-analysis/"here's what I learned" side, but not so much to overpower the overall question.

Hi prpandey,
For essay question #1, there is not a specific percentage that every person should apply, however what is most important (even more so than the specific event), is that you explain what you learned and how you grew as an individual. This is what admissions teams are looking for.
Cheers,
