Lost GMAT Score Card

Hey everyone,

I have taken GMAT last year but lost my GMAT score card(unofficial). I can't find my soft copy as well but I don have my account and regn details on mba.com. Is there a way I can get to see my score again? It's a bit urgent. Kindly request you all to pitch in and help me.
