Perimeter k = 1/2 perimeter G
perimeter = 2pie * r
area = pie * r^2
if either of these is given the other term can be calculated, therefore both statements are sufficient

1) Area= Pie*Radius squared.
Since we are given the area, we can determine the radius as 5m and the diameter of G as 10m. If this is half of the inner circles Diameter then we can determine the area of the inner circle. SUFFICIENT
2) We are given the diameter of the outer circle and again we know that it is HALF the diameter of the inner circle so we can figure out the area. SUFFICIENT.
Answer: D
