Q)12. Unlike a hurricane, which can be observed from within, a tornado is so small that such a study has not been practical.
[A] that such a study has not been practical

[D] as to not make such a study practical

OA
A but whats wrong with the other option??
Whenever we use "Such X", X must be mentioned earlier part of the sentence.
Example:
Different books on science fictions have been published in the book fair, and I have bought such books.
I am in confusion whether the sentence is correct.
Please post the full sentence and cite the source of the problem.
Thanks.
many people quit when they are very close to success.

I would go for option A....Reason: Idiom "So X that Y".
