Is it okay to submit a 6-month-old rec letter?
This topic has expert replies
By the time I apply for the MBA, I'll be already out of my current job and the rec letter from my "then-supervisor" will be about 5-6 months old. Here's my concern: All schools ask for a rec from my "current supervisor". Is it okay to be unemployed at the time of applying to an MBA? Is it acceptable to use a rec letter that a bit dated?

I don't think there should be any problem as long as you can explain your situation as to why you will be unemployed at the time of applying.
