Hi,
I need a Professional Appraisal Letter for my MBA application. I have 2 possible candidates. My boss, who I have worked with for over 12 years. He has a Arts Degree from the same university I plan to attend. Or, a Chartered Accountant who I have known for over 20 years and have worked closely with for most of that time. His is also a graduate from the same university - he has a Commerce degree.
(I also have a Commerce degree)
I have very good relationships with both. Which do you feel would benefit me the most as far as my application is concerned.
Thanks.
Professional Appraisal Letter

Well, the length of the time they have known is crucial when choosing recommenders. The reason being
a business school wants to hear a complete picture of the applicant from someone who knows you well and has been in a position to evaluate you. They want the data provided by you in the essays to be validated and take an objective assessment of your abilities.
So option A seems like a good option over your CA.
