Dear Vaibhav,

Trust you are doing well.
Thanks a lot for your wishes. Finally, I saw someone asking me about BiMBA.

My admission experience was great. I enjoyed every round (though jittery at times :) ) but overall a good experience. I was always interested in this program and done my research. Luckily, I got an opportunity to meet Ms. Daisy Wang (Assistant Dean, BiMBA) and Ms. Mary Ma (Marketing Manager, BiMBA)during one of the MBA tour held at Delhi. There, I had a long discussion on BiMBA and future in China. I must say I was very much impressed and got more determined to apply to this program. There, Daisy asked me about my aspirations and why I want to do MBA in China..etc..

Consequently, after some days, I applied from their website with the help of adcom team and wrote essays, and got recommendation letters from my managers. Finally, I had an interview with one of the faculty members of BiMBA and mind you it was a very interactive session. Since I have GRE scores so I had to give the online tests on Verbal and Quant which was conducted by BiMBA. The tests were on the lines of GMAT but quite difficult (that I felt)..But I managed to solve many questions and was confident on the results. Finally, after few days, I got a mail that I am admitted to this program. I had a sigh of relief when I saw that mail. So, this was my whole admission experience..

Pretty long though :)

Well..I have close to 6 years of experiences as a Business Analyst in MNCs like Accenture and Sapient..
Good International experience to Canada..
Academics: 75-80% throughout
Extra-Curricular: Strong
GRE scores: 300/340

The main tip I would like to give you is to gain experience..I feel that for an MBA, a person should be experienced enough to understand the thick and thin of business. But that's just my views. Many people would differ on this.In between, what is your profile?

well..getting good GMAT scores is always an advantage. BiMBA has good scholarships but it all depends on the GMAT scores and overall profile. There is no top score as BiMBA look at every individual holistically but getting a good GMAT score always helps.

For Indians..getting a GMAT score of 700+ is very good making you eligible for excellent scholarships in BiMBA..However, the range goes from 650 and above, Though good experience and background can compensate for low scores..
