Is line A's slope less than B's slope?

St.(1) If one of the points through which the line passes and the slope of the line is known, then the equation of the line is y-y1=m(x-x1). Here we know the point but don't have the slope.Not sufficient.
St.(2) If the x intercept a and y intercept b is given, then the equation of the line is x/a+y/b=1. We don't know what are the both intercepts. Not sufficient.

Y intersect means X = 0
So Y intersect gives the value of C. It does not says anything about Slope.

Using Both,
We know that line A passes through (0,C1) and line B passes through (0,C2) where C1 > C2.
Hence,
Slope of line A: (C1 -1)/(0-10) = 0.1 (1- C1)
Slope of line B: (C2 -1)/(0-10) = 0.1 (1- C2)
As C1 > C2 => 1-C1 < 1-C2
