Nationality: Indian
Age: 27
Gender: Male

WORK EXPERIENCE (52 months till date):
(3 Years)
Senior Applications Engineer,
Oracle Inc.,
India
(2 Years)
Software Engineer,
Infosys LTD.

The Work Experience had been a mix with leadership roles in terms of innovation and experience.
And learnt a lot about the team dynamics and leadership and global arena in technology.
Work Experience would be hard hitting from adcoms to me as a lot persons would come with the same profile from this industry....

Extra Curricular:quite good with T&P CELL HEAD COORDINATOR in my undergrad college and other activities and have been an initiative taker always be it college i.e. getting a proposal for the formation of Entrepreneurship cell in college or the NGO work I did after work or a small start up in the web services.

Aiming:FUQUA ,JOHNSON ,TUCK ,DARDEN ,INSEAD ,HAAS ,ANDERSON ,KELLOGG ,COLUMBIA.

I dont know how exactly I am going to give a stellar application to adcoms when I have such qualification.....kindly suggest how to approach and present these elements ...and is there a way to really make it to one of the above mentioned b schools kindly enlist them in safe &ambitious categories??

Well as an Indian Techie you are facing the most uphill of battles! But gotta conquer than mountain right?

Here are four things I feel will really help out
1. Kick the heck out of the GMAT (No brainer here)
2. Show a constant fast-track up the leadership ladder and abnormal success in your work history
3. BE UNIQUE - You gotta find some point, some story, something that they will have never seen before.
4. Make sure your goals are TIGHT - Logical goals = more attractive candidate.

That's a good place to start.
