the company's
powerful microprocessor chip.

declining sales of
C. included among these the threat from a rival's multibillion-dollar patent-infringement
suit as well as a decline in sales for
D. among them the threat of a rival's multibillion-dollar patent-infringement suit and the
decline in sales of
E. among these the threat from a rival's multibillion-dollar patent-infringement suit as

D is the Winner!
A)"including among" redundant;
B)"includes" should be "include" as far as it refers to "challenges";
C)similar to A;
E)not "sales for", but "sales of".

As soon as you see sales for and sales of, spot that sales for is incorrect. That only leaves you with B and D.

B uses 'includes' which is incorrect as challenges is the main subject. That leaves only D.
