[spoiler]Sufficient(1)[/spoiler] Indicates that the table is a square. Quickly draw a square out and notice that if you draw a 45 degree diagonal from the bottom left corner it will go all the way to the top corner. With any sized square this will always be the outcome. No bounces..direct shot.

[spoiler]Not Sufficient(2) [/spoiler]If this is a square with area 16 then like above it will land with no bounces. But, if this is a rectangle, then a 45 degree angle will hit somewhere along the sides and will take more than 1 bounce. So, there is more than one outcome.
