Dear sahil.piplani,

It is possible. To give yourself the best chance for admission, you will need a strong, competitive application package. You have competitive numbers (GMAT & GPA), but that is not enough. You will also need a great set of essays, exceptional recommendations, and a solid rationale for the MBA program.

Good luck,
Lisa

Your work experience is the amount you have at the time you would enter business school. For example, if you are applying for entry in Sept. 2012, then it is the number of years you would have by Sept. 2012. Any experience leading people, teams and/or projects in the workplace is valuable and quality experience.

There are several GPA conversion charts once you start looking, some provided by schools others by individuals. For the most accurate conversion, you can have your transcript evaluated by a credentialing service for a fee.

Scholarships are tougher to obtain then offers of admission, so those are never something you should count on. For your best chance at scholarship funds, you will want to target schools where you will be an above average applicant.

I would start with either World Evaluation Services or Global Credential Evaluators. If you google transcript evaluation or translation, you will find others.
