(15 * 10^(-4) * 10^m) / (3 * 10^(-2) * 10^k) = (5 * 10^7)
5 * 10^(-2) * 10^(m-k) = 5 * 10^7
10^(m-k) = 10^9
m-k = 9.
The correct answer is A.
