Oral Supplements for Brain Power?

by Seagull84 » Sat Dec 11, 2010 8:21 pm
A couple of friends have taken (100% natural) supplements they said really helped improve their studying abilities and score.

Here are the supplements I currently take:
-1200 mg Fish Body Oils 2/day
-GMC Men's Sport multi-vitamin 1/day
-Ginseng
-Lysine
-Glutamine
-Garlic

What other supplements should I take to improve mental capacities?

Highly doubt you will find any "100% natural" supplements that are proven to work better than a placebo at mental enhancement. Certainly not ginseng.

If your problem is concentration (such as when doing RC), then Adderall and other ADD pills are your only solution. If your problem is figuring out difficult quant problems, then there are no drugs yet existing that could help you with that.

I don't take prescription drugs, but when I was prepping for the test I noticed a performance increase using a study aid called Optimal Recall.
