My recent score on the Kaplan Diagnostic was:
Overall- 650 (83%)
Quantitative- 83%
Verbal- 96%
When I matched the section percentages against the historic scores for the respective percentages, I got:
Q- 48 (83%)
V-42 (96%)
Making an overall score of approximately 730!!!
Has anyone had this problem before and can anyone explain why I received a 650 overall but much higher section percentages? Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks for the help!

Hi rmcguire,
Thanks for the heads up! I'll forward this on to the people who design our test software so they know it's happened. In the mean time, if there is ever any question about the accuracy of your score, the best place to go (regardless of whose class you're taking!) is www.mba.com where you can take official practice tests released by the GMAC.
Let me know if you have any other questions I can help with!
