Can somebody post his/her experience about the realistic picture of financial aid during top MBA programs? Is there really some aid available? People are working their aXX off to pull score 760-770 but you can get admission only at 720 or 730 so do these top profilers get full tution waiver or it is just good for nothing?? Please post your valuable thoughts on this issue.

GMAT Score:720

I certainly disagree with your 720 or 730 part. If there are two outstanding profiles and 1 has 720 and 1 has 770, and one needs to be rejected, you can easily guess which one will be. I am not saying that is the ideology. But the theme that a high GMAT above 720 does not really help for admissions is not entirely well placed.

That said, if you have a good GMAT you stand a good chance for Aid. Schools do give aid. Average of 30-40% cover per student.

If you look at the admissions success stories on various forums, it is quite clear that people with higher GMAT scores have got better fin aids.

Hope I helped. Let me know by Thanking me! :)
