My GMAT Date is 25th July.

Today I have taken GPrep 1 and got the score:

Quant: 48
Verbal: 28

In Verbal part I got wrong 16 questions and screwed my score. Out of 16 wrong SC - 7, CR - 3, & RC - 6.

I am targeting for 740.

Please tell me honestly that whether it is possible and if yes then how?

Hello!

What does that score come out to be in total? About a 600?

The first thing that I would do is really work on SC. I'd get the Manhattan SC book and go through it a couples time while working on the SC questions from the OG. Once you can do 90% of the SC problems in 1 minute and 10 seconds with about 90% accuracy you're ready to go.

In addition, I think it's a good idea to read about 5 reading passages, and the op-ed section of the new york times everyday. The best way to get better at reading in to read a lot.

For CR, as with RC, I think the best thing to do is to practice. I've heard good things about the CR bible, but I've never read it myself.

Cheers!
