GMAT resources found on iTunes

by money9111 » Tue Apr 20, 2010 6:25 pm
I just thought this would be a place to document any podcasts or applications that you guys have found useful in itunes. I just finished the MGMAT SC online workshop and they mentioned that they had an application in itunes. I've been using Veritas for many months now and had no idea that MGMAT had one. Here are some things I've downloaded and subscribed to in iTunes:

Podcasts:
MBA Podcaster - PHENOMENAL...over 100 podcasts.. and they're not short either!
Business School Podcast
The GMAC Podcast Series
Manhattan GMAT Podcast Channel
MBA.com Podcast Series w/ Dave Wilson
NYU Stern MBA Admissions
Podcasts@Darden
Radio Tuck
UC Berkeley Haas School of Business MBA Admissions Podcasts

Applications:
Manhattan GMAT
GMAT Flash
MBA Lite
MGMAT Flash
GMAT Math
Veritas Prep MBA Admissions
Veritas Prep GMAT Practice

I know I have a lot of things on my iphone... oh well! Are there any others that you guys are using out there?[/u]
My goal is to make MBA applicants take onus over their process.

INSEAD Knowledgecasts are great as well... other than that I think you covered everything in your list.

Best,

Hi money9111,
Thanks for sharing the list of resources! I was checking out the itunes app on Flash Cards. I have an iPod Nano (classic) and don't think it is possible to download/use Apps in it. I found however, that for iPod Classic/ Nano there is this Notescasts Application (Notescasts.com) which enables features similar to itunes Apps (a replacement customized to iPod Classic/ Nano).

Is there a plan to have beatthegmat resources, esp Flash Cards through Notescasts for classic iPod users? That would be indeed helpful!

Thanks,
abhical..

I think the word is out elsewhere but since this thread is near the top of the page it's probably just as good a place as any to mention that GMAC has its own official iPhone app now:

This is a pretty good opportunity to practice official questions on trains, in airports, etc.
