Realize that most of the folks on here are pursuing MBA's but I just got accepted to the Master of Real Estate Development program at Clemson and was offered a $5,000 yearly fellowship. I had a 2.71 GPA in college and haven't worked full-time in Real Estate, so I'm very excited. Did get a 680 on the GMAT, so for all you low undergrad GPA folks, I can attest that doing well on the test can make a world of difference. I had a great visit down there, and I'm certain that helped a whole lot.
