conclusion and argument---ASSUMPTION QUESTIONS

Hi,

In assumption Q , many a times we come across below two types of question.
Do we need to treat them separately or the same?

The conclusion of the argument is valid if which one of the following is assumed?

Which of the following is an assumption on which argument depends?
