Option A.
This option truly explains how two of the over seven thousand island is the Philippines took an area of about two third of the total island
This is the correct answer it perfectly explains the mind of the examiner.
Option B.
This is an awkward construction. Therefore wrong.
Option C.
Improper sentence construction. This option is wrong
Option D.
two of them with' or 'two of them have'
this is similar to option A but the use of 'have' makes it a little different but option A will be considered over option d. D looks wordy.
Option E.
too wordy option. It better explain in simpler terms. This option is incorrect

Another key thing to notice about D here: D contains a comma spice. This is where two independent clauses (things that can stand alone as sentences) are separated by only a comma, and it's always ungrammatical.
In D, both "The Republic of the Philippines encompasses more than seven thousand islands," and "Two of them have two thirds of its area," work as sentences on their own. So D has a serious error in sentence construction.
