Hello All,
I have a BS and MS degrees in Physics and Computers respectively and have been teaching for close to a decade and my passion always has been to help people achieve their potential. Partly fueled by belief that if I can learn, so can anybody else.
I started off teaching Internet and computer basics (MS-Office etc.) on a part-time basis in 1997 when I was still in college and India just ushered in the Internet revolution. By 2001, after over 4years of teaching software I started teaching Verbal for CAT (the admission test for the Indian Institutes of Management - conversion ratio of 1:100). After a few years of teaching/mentoring I started off teaching GMAT especially the Verbal component. I was associated with the Princeton Review and Kaplan as a Verbal faculty before starting out on my own through CrackVerbal in 2006.
My focus is on the Verbal section and test-prep approach as a whole. I will hope my original approach in the 3 areas of sentence correction, critical reasoning and reading comprehension helps the readers develop a fresh perspective. Feel free to ask my any question - patience is one of my virtues
Arun
