Hi,

Does anyone know if there are any repercussions of not accepting an admit from the Early Decision round (after having paid 6000 $) ?

Is it just an ethical contract that can you release yourself from by paying 6000 $, or does it have any other ramifications ?

Thanks !

I will be applying Early Decision to CBS. I was under the impression that they would not begin reviewing applications until mid/late August, but the website now states that applications will be reviewed upon submission. Not sure if anything has really changed, but I'm pushing to complete my app as soon as possible.

vincev48, you are right. Before I submitted my application online, I emailed CBS Admissions and they confirmed that the application is available online and they will review (complete) applications upon submission. As evidence, the online status of my completed application is "Your application is under review". Good luck on your application!

I will try to make it to the first round but if not the 2nd round for sure. I am already in Columbia Law, applying for a joint degree. Could you guys also post your stats?
Oh and good luck everyone!
