Y = 3
Approach 2x +y = 7 plug values from the choices and check
start with x = 1,y =5
x= 2 y =3 This satisfies.

lets assume x is 2, therefore 7x= 72, lets assume y is 3, xy=23, then xx=22,

therefore, 72+23+22=117.

i did by trial and error method.
