let time taken for be Tx and tht for Y be Ty..

stmt 1 - 1/Tx + 1/Ty = 2Tx/3...this when solving gives a relation b/w Tx and Ty...So suff.

stmt 2 - straight forward...you'll get the same relation b/w Tx and Ty as derived in 1st stmt....So Suff..........Ans is D.

How can you get the difference in hours though?

E IMO

A,B only give proportions not exact values insuff

combine we get same info as in stmt A Insuff
