Does essay topics change from year-to-year? Does the criteria for recommendations change as well?
I'm planning to apply for Fall 2011 once they start accepting applications, and was wondering if it was too early to get started on some essays. It would be a pain if I started early on the essay topics presented on their website (which may be for 2010 applicants) only to have them change it up on me.
Can someone please clarify this for me.

for the most part the essays are the same... the wording may be different and they may switch up an essay here or there but from what i've seen... they're still trying to get people to convey the same messages about themselves
My goal is to make MBA applicants take onus over their process.

Dear,
Majority of the essays remain same. However this is different with business schools in different countries. For instance, USA and Canadian universities change less, but Asia schools like ISB, NUS, NBS, or HKU (UST) usually change majority of their questions.
