[x] denotes the least integer not less than x.
Is [2d]=0?

1). [d]=0
2). [3d]=0

now here d can be any value between -0.1 to -0.9

now if it is -.1 then [2d] =0 , but if it is -.9 then its not

INSUFF

2). [3d]=0

i.e max possible value of 3d is -.99, 2d will be less than that
