Schools not requiring GMAT--US and Abroad

Just wondering if anyone knows of schools that don't require a GMAT score at all either in the US or in Europe. How much time would you suggest I budget to take the GMAT, write personal statements, send applications etc.? Trying to get an idea of the kind of time commitment that the application process will be...

Don't think GMAT as obstacle! think it as an opportunity (c) johnyCAGE :lol:

Generally keep 3 months for GMAT prep & two months for apl. & getting recos etc, although you should get in touch with your recommenders since early...

I've heard of a few programs here and there--University of Phoenix is one...
