B. by using the companies earnings and by profiting - to buy..to pay off ...is not parallel with by profiting. ELIMINATE

C. using the companies earnings and profiting - by is required here .- not parallel. ELIMINATE

D. with the companys earnings, profiting - companys instead of companies .ELIMINATE

E. with the companies earnings and to profit - with is correctly used . companies is correctly used. Hence CORRECT
