In Ponoma College, a rule has been passed that permits students to cook and serve their food, as well as to buy it.
A. same --> Correct
B. permits students to cook, serve and to buy their food. --> For ||ism, the answer should be to serve, to is missing here.
C. permits students to cook, to serve and buy food. --> Same as B. "to" buy food would have been the right choice.
D. will permit the student to cook, serve as well as to buy food. --> use of "will" is incorrect.
E. will permit food to be cooked,served as well as bought by students. --> use of "will" is not correct, ||ism is not maintained.

D is wrong because of parallelism. it begins by saying "to cook" the next verb is serve and they omit the "to". This is fine, but the last verb has the "to". This is incorrect. Either all three verbs have to have "to" in front of them or only the first verb.
