PM issue: Out of the topic

Hi ,
This is an out of topic posting. Pls pardon me.

I am unable to send a PM. The message I type sits in the OutBox for ever and never appears in the SentBox.
Is anybody seeing this?

How can I fix this.

Moved your post in the correct discussion forum. To answer your question, your message will sit in the Outbox until the recipient reads your message, then your message will appear in the Sentbox.
